Within 1-8 working hours you will receive a response email from our website maintenance team that we are looking at the complexity of it and will let you know the estimated resolution time and when it has been resolved.

Within 24-78 hours you will receive a resolution email with the changes made on that ticket. For tasks that involve charges, it will take up to 7 working days.
